ABOUT ME

HI, I’M TYLER!

If you’ve ever felt stuck in pain, doing all the right things and still not getting anywhere, I’ve been there too.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and I still spent nearly five years stuck in pain myself. Rest, feel better, ramp back up, and end up right back where I started. Finding my way out of that changed how I train, how I coach, and how I think about pain, and it’s a big part of why I do this work.
Fitness has always been a central part of my life. I’ve competed in CrossFit, powerlifting, road marathons, and even an ultramarathon, so I know what it feels like to chase big goals, and I know how frustrating it is when your body won’t cooperate.
I started my career in the traditional healthcare system, working across inpatient rehab, outpatient ortho, sports medicine, and home health, and later spent years as a travel physical therapist. Along the way I saw how rushed and rigid care can be, and how rarely there’s time to understand the full story behind someone’s pain. That pushed me to build something better, where every plan is built around the person in front of me.

In 2018, I started coaching online, and in 2023 I opened my private practice in Arvada, Colorado. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people across the country rebuild trust in their bodies, handle setbacks with confidence, and get back to training hard. My approach blends evidence-based clinical strategies with strength and conditioning, all aimed at progress that lasts.
Teaching is one of my biggest passions. For three years, I taught for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC), helping fitness and healthcare professionals build performance without pain. Whether I’m teaching a room full of coaches or working with a single client, the goal is always the same: help people understand what’s happening in their body and why, so they can make better decisions and build real confidence. That’s also why I wrote my first book, Train Beyond Pain, a guide for active adults and athletes who are ready to move forward on their own terms.
Whether it’s in the clinic, online, or through the book, my goal is to help you build a life big enough that pain becomes just a small part of the story.

HAPPY YOU’RE HERE.
